I am a mommy to a beautiful baby girl, wife to a sweet, supportive husband, and daughter and sister to a unique, artistic family.
I love all genres of music from classical violin to the Red Hot Chili Peppers (Hey Oh!). I love funky shoes and tshirts, chocolate ice cream, import cars (Hondaaa!), funny movies and classic literature.
My husband calls me Pickle and we don’t know why.

I originally fell in love with photography because I love art but didn’t have the patience for drawing, painting, or sculpting and I love the immediate satisfaction I get from capturing that perfect image and seeing it in my LCD.
I shoot everything from baby pictures for mom’s wall to NBA players for nationally published magazine articles. I can’t pick just one area of photography because I love the variety and I love working with so many different types of people.
I am completely self taught but have learned a lot through years of study and shooting. The best advice I can give those starting out is to read enough to understand how to make your camera do what you want it to, then go out and shoot anyone and anything you can find. Seems simple, but it is easy to forget that you learn more behind a lens than behind a book or computer screen.
