Sweet little Lachlan made my job easy this week! He is probably the most alert 3 week old baby I have ever seen. It was so adorable watching him stare in amazement at the light coming through the window. This little guy is the very-deserved baby of Lacey & Daniel Bennett, one of my wedding couples from 2007. They have waited a long time for this little blessing and I am so glad they allowed me to take his first portraits.
I also have to say that Lacey looks ridiculously good for someone with a 3 week old baby. I guess I can’t use the “baby chub” excuse anymore since mine is 14 months old now. : )
